SHARON’S PERSONAL STORY

I was diagnosed with Gerd about six years ago after being scoped. Since then my discomfort is pretty much 24/7  with no relief. For some reason the drugs that I’ve tried do not work on me. I have learned to live with it for the most part but tend to have flareups that are getting worse and worse and are making me miserable. Interestingly enough this all began after I started to lose weight and eat healthier. At this time I am a very healthy weight and eat mostly whole foods but I struggle with this Daily.  I am now eating the safest foods I can eat but I’m still experiencing the Gerd. I suppose I am looking for others in the same situation. I have decided that after Christmas I need to get back to the doctor and get checked. I am very worried about cancer and the damage to my body even though I’m trying to take every precaution that I’ve read about. I honestly think that stress is what caused and still causes my Gerd. I need some answers and relief.
