Jeffrey’s Personal Story: Massaging the intestines
I use to wake up, every single morning, with piercing stomach pains until I went to the bathroom. I started to push down on my intestines where the pain was and massaged them roughly. The effects were quick and I stopped waking up with stomach pains. I still have stomach pains but it is much much rarer and not even a fraction of the pain level. The consistency of my BMs has changed as well. Also, I had terrible sulfur burps from certain foods.. it would happen every time I ate specific stuff. That has gone away. It’s been around 6 years of massaging my intestines and I wanted to share my progress. Thank you and have a great day.
