Abrar’s Personal Story: IBS
Hello guys. I have been suffering from IBS since three years. Firstly, I couldn’t notice my bowel movements when I was infected by Jaundice after diagnosing it. I felt internal change. I took a lot of medicines and had too much medical test and all was fine. My doctor said, I am infected by IBS with these symptom Diarrhea, gas, stomach cramping and little bit abdominal pain. Now, I’m using an immodium perday and Away from all fry, spicy and fast foods. Not permanently cured IBS but recovering my symptoms well.
