Charles’ Personal Story: Constipation
I had problems with days between bowel movements, and consequently small and/or hard stools starting at a young age. Lack of proper liquid intake and fiber were my only real problems. I was old before I found Fiber One cereal and consuming it daily for breakfast, my only morning intake, and it solved all my problems. Years later I discovered All Bran Buds, which has even more fiber and started making it my daily breakfast. I have not had a constipation issue is many, many years now. I use one Stevia packet of sweetener sprinkled over it and I have grown to like it for my only breakfast 7 days a week. The cereal is not cheap per box, but it is extremely cheap as several full breakfast meals. I hope this helps someone. Proper hydration and fiber daily will keep things moving daily, every single day.
