2003 IFFGD Research Award Recipient Dan Dumitrascu, MD, PhD

This episode is hosted by IFFGD’s Hayley McCorkle and features our 2003 Research Award Winner Dr. Dan Dumitrascu. Dr. Dumitrascu is a Food Professor at the Iuliu Hatieganu Medical University in Western Romania. He teaches gastroenterology, telemedicine, and psychosomatic medicine.

Dr. Dumitrascu’s main interests are in functional gastrointestinal (GI) and motility disorders, epidemiology, and clinical trials. He has produced over 120 papers and authored or contributed to 15 books.
