I'm 44 and was incontinent aged 4 - 16. I was raised by a single mother and had three normal adult siblings. The bowel problem is completely over and I'm fine apart from some digestive issues, but it's the emotional scars from having this happen to me when I was so young that run very deep.
My incontinence was stress/anxiet

I had my second reflux induced asthma attack and it

When I was 12 I remember the very first time I ever had heartburn. I woke up from a nap and had sourdough bread. I remember thinking I was gonna die. I never felt this before. My mom said there was no way in hell that I had heartburn at 12. She gave me a tums and we went on with our day.

I am recently diagnosed and it has been a long road tryi to figure out what was wrong with me. The antibiotics made it better, but the symptoms of loose stools didn't go away. The next trip to the doctor (an infectious diseases specialist this time) resulted in a diagnosis of Enteroaggregative E. Coli, and a pr
