2023 IFFGD Education and Advocacy Event – IFFGDs Legislative Priorities

June 10, 2023

The International Foundation for Gastrointestinal Disorders (IFFGD) has been a voice on Capitol Hill for many years, educating key decision-makers in Congress about the needs of their constituents and influencing support for education and research activities at the Federal level. In today’s economy, with the costs of healthcare rising, we must find a way to help prepare the gastrointestinal illness community to advocate for themselves, especially those with limited access to care or who are affected by the well-documented health disparities in the US today.
