The International Foundation for Gastrointestinal Disorders (IFFGD) is pleased to announce our 2024 Junior Academician Travel Award Winners.
In February 2024, The International Foundation for Gastrointestinal Disorders (IFFGD) awarded 15 Travel Awards of up to $2,000 to support young investigators who have a record of research interest and accomplishment in neurogastroenterology and, especially, in the basic mechanisms or clinical aspects of functional gastrointestinal (GI) and motility disorders. These awards are intended to encourage the participation of clinicians and scientists in large world-class medical meetings for the field of gastroenterology.
These travel awards were made possible through the money raised during IFFGD’s 2023 Virtual Wellness Event. We are very grateful to all who participated in this event and donated in support of this research.
